Death – “Adverse Event Following Immunisation”

Sadly I can confirm another death – this time a 6 year old boy.
The video shows todays search which covers all adverse event reports for March 28.
You will notice that there were 2 deaths reported but only one of the deaths has a single cause which is adverse event following immunisation.
